Lisa M. Randolph
CEO (Chief Eco-Friendly Officer)

Lisa Randolph is the CEO|President of Kaizen Renewable Energy (KRE), based in Dallas, Texas. Her Mother instilled a passion for the environment in her at an early age. This is the reason she believes it's important to teach children about their impact on the planet while they're young. Since beginning KRE in June of 2009 Lisa has had the opportunity to serve as a panelist for the UNCF Building Green Learning Institute, serve as keynote speaker at The Latino Leaders in Energy Conference, and speak to students on the issues of renewable energy technologies and sustainability.   

She holds a BA in Advertising and Marketing from The University of Oklahoma, and Associates Degree in Hotel Management. She is a member of Women of Wind Energy, Women of Solar Energy, US Green Building Council, Green Education Foundation, Thriving Coaches, ABMP, and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority. She is also a Mentor and Board Member for The Dream Angels Organization, which mentors and empowers girls grades 3-12 to: Imagine the Possibilities, Believe in Themselves and to Dream Big.
